"on the night of wednesday the twenty first of august and explosion occurred at the ministry of magic. contrary to popular belief this was not the work of death eaters or the fault of anybody. inside the department of mysteries the unspeakables have been working on a new magic which unfortunately went wrong.
the consequence of this explosion has brought people back from the past and people forward from the future into this time era. when pupils return to hogwarts tomorrow they will find their parents and children around the school. there is nothing that can be done about this unfortunate event. things will not happen the same way twice and the future will be very different. we will have to live life like this for a very long time. we welcome the past, present and future into our community."
